Rotary Drumfilters
The Function of our Drumfilter is based on the principle of suspended and floating solids getting trapped on the rotating drum while the liquid flows through the slots of the wedge wire drum. The rotating drum carries the filtered solids to be removed by a scraper mechanism.
The scraper is pressed to the drum by an adjustable spring mechanism. The scraper is made out of brass or a wear-resistant plastic. The drum is driven by a motor-reductor at low revolutions.
The entire filter device is built from SS304.
